Alfredo managed several projects in the areas of innovation, strategic and organizational change, radical process redesign, supply chain optimization, IT architectures and performance improvement in general. Graduated cum laude in 1973 in electronic engineering at University of Padua, he started his career as researcher and electronic designer, then earned an MBA in 1983 at Bocconi University, Milan, and worked for more than 20 years in business consulting at international level, as Partner in McKinsey & Co, ODi ManEnt and Value Partners. Alfredo provided consulting in the financial and industrial sectors, for companies like Banca Commerciale Italiana, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, Banco di Roma, Banca d’America e d’Italia, Credito Romagnolo, Zenshinren Bank [Tokyo], Assicurazioni Generali, Lloyd Italico, Sara Assicurazioni, RasBank, Fiat Auto, Pirelli, Saras, Barilla, Telecom Italia, TIM / TIM Brasil, Case New Holland, Technogym, Pirelli Fotonica, Italtel, and participated in the turnaround of Nylstar and Europa Metalli. |
