Antonio Romani

Antonio managed several turnaround and restructuring projects in the logistics, transport, new media, information technology and consumer goods sectors.

Graduated in 1982 in mechanical engineering at the Politecnico of Turin, he earned an MBA in 1983 at Bocconi University, Milan, and started his career in Citibank, working in Corporate Finance. Then he worked for 10 years in business consulting, with focus on strategic and organizational change, at ODi ManEnt and Ambrosetti.

In the following years, Antonio has been:
  • VP Marketing in Alitalia;
  • CEO of Pacorini Group, Hi Spring S.p.A. and Dianos S.p.A.;
  • Chairman of Geyser 3 S.p.A. and Aviation Services S.p.A.;
  • Managing Director of XX Winter Olympic Games Organizing Committee – Turin 2006;
  • Board director of Clerici Logistic Group S.p.A., Silocaf of New Orleans Inc., Pacorini Vlissingen BV, Pacorini Uk ltd, Barcelona Metals SA and Eurofly S.p.A.;
  • Advisor of several companies, among which Diebold Italia S.p.A. and Demetrio Mauro S.p.A. [Caffè Mauro].
